毎日、毎日メディアで目にするのははかない命の物語。コロナ禍、戦争、犯罪。まるで消費される情報のように記号が如く消えていく。人間だけではない。自分達のせいでもない環境の劣化で息絶えていく動物たち。でも消えゆく者たちの声は聞こえない。
地球を守ろう。
One Life、すべて一つの命と考えれば、私たちの命が日々削られていることが実感として湧き上がってくる。その痛みを伝え、癒し、励ます作品を待っています。
②「ファミリー」
家族という言葉に感動を覚えなくなってどれほど経つだろう。故郷という言葉と同じくらいかも知れない。しかしそれに比例するように人間も環境も壊れていった気がするのは私だけだろうか？必ず理解できるつながりを持つ者たちが織りなす多様性の実現。家族は私たちの心の可能性を拡張する一番小さくて大切なユニットだと思う。
日本の故郷にふさわしい緑と山と水に囲まれた富山から人の繋がりの素晴らしさをぜひ発信してほしい。

【応募方法】
公式webサイト上の応募フォームに必要事項を記入の上、映像をアップロードしてください。
・複数応募の場合は、応募作品ごとに必要事項を記入して映像をアップロードしてください。
・作品の冒頭に3秒程度、タイトルを挿入してください。（タイトル部分も作品の長さに含みます）
・日本語以外の言語による映像には、日本語の字幕を入れてください。
※映像のアップロードには時間がかかる可能性がありますのでご了承ください。
※映像を収めたDVDの送付をお願いする場合がございます。
※応募フォームに記載する内容に誤りがないか必ず確認し、ご応募ください。
応募者への連絡は、原則E-mailで行います。
無料（ただし、応募に伴う一切の費用は応募者負担とします。)
・プロ・アマチュア／個人・グループ・企業を問わず応募できます。
・応募者の国籍は問いません。
・市民向けコースにおいては、応募の時点で富山市内に在住または富山市に通勤通学していること。
・応募の時点で18歳未満の応募者は、保護者等の同意を得た上で応募してください。
応募された時点で、保護者等の方も本募集要項に同意したものとみなします。
・応募作品は公序良俗に反しないものに限ります。
・他のコンテストに応募、もしくは受賞した作品も応募できます。
・令和2年（2020年）10月10日以降に完成または公開された作品に限ります。
・応募作品数の制限はありません。
・応募作品は主催者が主体となる事業に使用します。
・各賞に選ばれた場合、授賞式に参加していただきます。
授賞式は令和5年10月8日（日）に開催予定です。（新型コロナウイルスの感染状況によっては、変更になる場合があります。）
・応募作品は返却しません。
・作品の取扱い等については細心の注意を払いますが、万一の損傷や紛失について、主催者は一切の責任を負いません。
・応募作品の著作権は応募者に帰属しますが、主催者が映像大賞の周知・宣伝及び関連イベント等 のため、無償で上映、複製、公衆送信（放送）、自動公衆送信（公式webサイト、動画配信サービス等での公開）、印刷、展示等できるものとします。主催者は、同目的のために応募作品を、無償かつ自由に使用できるものとします。応募作品を編集して利用する場合もございますので、応募者は、応募作品に関する著作者人格権の不行使に同意するものとします。
・応募者は、応募作品の利用を自由に許諾できる権限を有することが必要です。
・作品中に使用される美術、映像、写真、及び音楽等については、必ず著作権者の許諾を得た上で応募してください。仮に第三者から権利侵害、損害賠償等の主張がなされた場合、応募者が自らの責任で対処することとし、主催者は一切の責任を負いません。
・応募作品は、富山映像大賞運営事務局にて保管します。
・上映等の都合上、高品質のデータの提供をお願いする場合があります。
・審査結果や経緯についての個別のお問い合わせにはお答えできません。
・二次審査通過者へのみ、授賞式の案内を通知いたします。また、公式webサイト上に選考結果を掲載いたします。
・受賞に関する諸手続きについては、受賞者に別途ご案内いたします。
・応募者は、作品を応募した時点で本募集要項に記載されている内容に同意したものとします。
富山映像大賞運営事務局では、本映像大賞における個人情報保護の考え方を次のとおりと定め、これを遵守することにより、個人情報の漏洩、流用、改ざん等の防止に細心の注意を払います。

応募者の個人情報は、次の利用目的の範囲内でのみ利用させていただきます。
・審査結果の通知
・応募作品についての確認事項の連絡
・本映像大賞の向上に役立てるための統計
・本映像大賞関連のご案内(希望されない場合は申し出により中止します。)
・審査通過者の公式webサイト上への公表（作品、氏名、所属、他）
・入賞者の公式webサイト上、及びマスコミ等への公表(作品、氏名、所属、他)
・上記目的の他、ご本人の同意を得た範囲内で利用させていただく場合があります。
【第三者への開示・提供】
応募者の個人情報をご本人の同意なく利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内における業務委託先以外の第三者に開示・提供いたしません。ただし、人命、身体または財産の保護のために開示の必要が有り、ご本人の同意を得ることが困難である場合、また法令により個人情報の開示が求められた場合はこの限りではありません。

1. “One Life”
Every day, we see stories of fleeting lives in the media. Pandemic, war, crime. As if it were only new information to be consumed, human lives are fading as symbols. It’s not only human life disappearing. Animals are dying out due to environmental degradation through no fault of their own. But we don’t hear the voices of those who are disappearing.
We must protect our earth.
One life. If we consider all lives as one, we realize our own lives are being cut short. Here we will see works that convey that pain, that heal and encourage.
2. “Family”
How long has it been since we were genuinely moved by the word “family”? It might as well be the word “hometown”. Am I the only one who feels that both people and environment have broken down? The realization of how those who are connected will always be understood by each other and how diverse we are. I believe that “family” is the smallest and most important thing that expands the possibilities in our minds. We hope that you will share with us the beauty of human connections from Toyama, surrounded by greenery, mountains, and water, a place befitting the title of hometown of Japan.

【Application Method】
Upload your video with filling in the necessary items of the application form on the official website.
- If you submit more than one work, fill in the necessary items and upload a video for each of them.
- Insert your title for 3 seconds or so in the beginning of your work. (This title part is also included in the length of your work.)
- Add Japanese subtitles to your video it if is produced in a language other than Japanese.

＊You may be requested to send us a DVD containing your video.
＊Make sure that any wrong information is not included in your application form before submitting it. We contact you via email in principle.
None. (However, all expenses concerning the application process must be paid by the applicant.)
・Any individual / any enterprise / any group from any nationality, (amateur or professional) can apply.
・Applicants must be living or commuting to Toyama City at the time of application.
・Those of you under 18 at the time of application are required to obtain the consent of your parents or the likes for application. Upon application, your parents or the likes are considered to have understood and accepted these application guidelines.
・Your work to be submitted should not be offensive to public order and morals.
・You work which has been submitted to or awarded in another contest may be submitted.
・Your work to be submitted must be completed or released on or after Oct 10th, 2020.
・There is no restriction regarding the number of works you submit.
・Your work to be submitted will be used for the events hosted by the organizer.
・Award-winners are expected to attend the award ceremony. The award ceremony is scheduled to be held somewhere between late January and the beginning of February 2021. Its schedule will be announced on the official website and/or with flyers upon determined.

・Work will not be returned.
・The sponsor will be careful about dealing with the work. However, the sponsor will not take any responsibility for any damage to it or its loss.
・While the copyright of your work to be submitted shall belong to you, the organizer may show, copy, publicly transmit (broadcast), automatically and publicly transmit (release it on the official website, through video delivery service, etc.), print and exhibit it or use it for similar purposes for free of charge in order to publicize/advertise this video contest or contribute to other related events, etc. The organizer is authorized to freely use your work to be submitted for the said purposes for free of charge. As your work might be used after being edited, you shall agree not to exercise your author’s moral right relating to it.
・Entrants must possess the exclusive rights for the entered work to give permission regarding its use.
・Entrants are responsible for having obtained any necessary permission regarding music,
sound and/or images presented in their entered work. The organizer will not be
responsible for any claims or complaints against infringement of rights or damages from
third parties regarding the subject/subject matter of entries, and the entrant agrees
to indemnify and hold the organizer harmless in such cases.
・Entered works will be stored by the organizer.
・You may be requested to submit high-quality data for the convenience of our screening,
etc.
・Unable to answer any questions asked by individuals about the screening outcome and
the selection criteria.
・Only those of you who have advanced to the second screening stage are to be notified
of the schedule of the award ceremony. The screening results are to be posted on the
official website.
・The procedures regarding award-winning will be notified to award winners separately.
・At the time of entry, entrants are deemed to have read, understood and be in agreement
with all rules and conditions.

The organizer will use appropriate controls to ensure that personal information about applicants is kept secure.
